Last Grammar Post Ever! (It's On Periods)

I always wondered if the last word of the sentence ended with a period, such as M.D., should you add another period or simply leave it? Well, i figured out the answer, you should leave it. Here's an example: "I know that M.D. She is my sister." For more help on periods click HERE!
