Extra Credit!
I went to the academic success workshop on how to study science and one of the science teachers was there to teach it. She gave a lot of good advice. She talked a lot about how most of how well you were going to do in science reflected your attitude. If you were willing to learn then you were going to learn more. She also talked about how a highlighter in science does not work because the whole book is important and the publishers have already condensed the book down as far as they possibly could. She also said that it is very important to read the chapter before you go to class, take notes while in class, and then reread after class. This is a sure-fire way to get the material into your brain. I am not a very good "studyier" so this workshop definitley gave me some good tips!
